Since the products and services which are being offered by UrgentPackagings.com® are customized according to the client’s query, it is recommended that the customer must inform the company, if the delivered products are not according to their requirements and specifications, or are defective, at support@UrgentPackagings.com within 3 working days after receiving the order. A charge back is not an option, however, a free re-print of the order is provided by the company. Furthermore, if the fault in the product is proven to be on the company’s side. The customer at their own cost along with proper documents or product’s defects must ship full order back within 7 working days and digital photographs so that the order can be reprinted correctly.
